The villa is secluded and has a large garden of over 1600 square meters with a heated private swimming pool. There is a trampoline in the garden and several sun terraces and shaded areas have been created. From the 'Bamboo Hut' you can look straight into nature and have an unprecedented view. Our garden is equipped with irrigation which is not allowed to be used in the summer months due to a shortage of drinking water in France. Our gardener mows the grass weekly in the pre-season and only if necessary in the summer because it grows less quickly due to the heat.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 toilets. The living room offers a very spacious sitting area with an attractive wood stove. There is also television, radio and internet with free Wi-Fi. The large and luxurious kitchen is equipped with all built-in appliances and a dining table for 12 people. Three large sliding doors give you access to the terrace with the outdoor table under the veranda and the garden with the heated swimming pool.

We have completely decorated our villa, the private swimming pool, the petanque court and the garden to give you an unforgettable holiday. The villa is located on the edge of the cozy villa park 'Les Rives de l'Ardèche' and is located 2 kilometers from the cozy town of Vallon Pont d'Arc and has all the luxury and comfort that will make your stay a wonderful stay.

The park has many facilities such as a central reception with a Dutch manager, a large communal swimming pool with a separate children's area, 2 tennis courts, a football field and various playground equipment for the little ones. In the summer, many activities are organized for young and old.

From the villa you have a unique view of the river, the old water mill, the waterfall and the old bridge to Sampzon. This beautiful village can be seen from the garden and the villa are located on top of the slope on the other side of the Ardèche. On the river you can see the canoes passing by during the day and in the evening the old tower of Sampzon is beautifully lit and the lights of the old houses give a beautiful atmosphere on the slope.

In the vicinity of the villa there is a lot for everyone to see and experience. Cycling or walking through the beautiful nature. Canoe sailing on the Ardèche or discover one of the many authentic villages in the area. In the slightly wider area you will find places such as Avignon, Ales, Nîmes, Aubenas, Montelimar. Even a day at the sea near the student city of Montpellier is possible. Wonderful to explore the area and the Mediterranean towns in the morning or to actively tour by bike and then enjoy the sun at your own swimming pool in the afternoon.
