Villa Lune is a detached villa for 10 people located in the luxurious villa park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. Due to the practical layout, the villa is also very suitable for families or friendly families. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche is located in the immediate vicinity of the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (3 minutes by car from the center) and, as the name suggests, within walking distance of the banks of the Ardèche.

The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, pétanque courts, tennis courts, table tennis tables, children's play equipment and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the Ardèche river, 5 minutes from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cozy terraces.

Downstairs: The living room has a cozy fireplace and central heating and TV with Dutch channels. The living room has a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, sideboard and is tastefully decorated. You have free access to the WiFi network in the house. In the hall there is a separate toilet and a door to the sleeping area on the ground floor. Behind this door is a second hall with access to two bedrooms and the bathroom with bath. The beds are made upon arrival.

Upstairs : There are 3 more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a covered terrace. Garden and swimming pool: Back downstairs, you walk from the living room through the sliding doors onto the spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace has a large table with eight chairs. You can enjoy the sun all day long in the garden and on the terrace.

Part of the terrace is covered, so you can relax in the shade. The garden is well shielded and offers enough privacy. The private swimming pool is 9 x 4.5 m. There are adjustable sunbeds at the pool. The private swimming pool is open from April to October. The pool is safely closed with an electric roller cover. The pool heating allows the pool to be heated throughout the rental season. Professionals take care of the weekly maintenance. A quiet dog is allowed in this villa.
