The villa is located on the quiet park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, located directly on the Ardèche River.
The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and a charging station for electric cars (free charging between 09:00 and 18:00). To ensure peace and quiet in the park, groups of young people are not allowed.
Through the sliding doors in the living room you reach the spacious, attractive garden with a beautiful lounge set by the pool. Under the covered terrace is a long dining table with eight adjustable chairs. Around the private pool, you will find eight comfortable sunbeds, thatched umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
The fully fenced garden offers a lot of privacy and is ideal for families with children and dogs. At the back of the garden is an illuminated private jeu-de-boules court. For the youngest guests there is a wooden playground with slide.
Inside, the villa features a cozy living room with modern furniture, a comfortable corner sofa, armchairs, a spacious dining area, fireplace, smart TV, electric heaters and air conditioning.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, including two refrigerators (one with freezer), a combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusta coffee machine, Senseo, coffee filter machine, kettle, mixer, hand blender and plenty of crockery.
The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets, so that you can comfortably enjoy fresh air without insects even during warm summer evenings.
On the ground floor
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The master bedroom has a comfortable Pullman box spring (2 x 90x210 cm), bedside tables, a mirror and a wardrobe. From this room you have a view of the garden.
The second bedroom has a box spring (2 x 80x200 cm), a wardrobe, a mirror and bedside tables.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a screen door.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathroom cabinet and toilet. (renovation winter 2026/2027). In the hall there is also an extra toilet and a cupboard with cleaning products.
On the first floor
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom.
The first bedroom has a box spring (2 x 90x200 cm). The second bedroom has a box spring (2 x 80x200 cm).
These bedrooms also have air conditioning, ceiling fans and mosquito nets.
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture (renovation winter 2026/2027) and toilet.
The spacious cozy balcony with seating, mosquito nets and lighting offers a beautiful view over the park and the garden.
Storage room
In the storage room there is a washing machine, dryer and electric barbecue at your disposal.
In addition, you will find inflatable toys for the swimming pool, jeu-de-boules balls, table tennis rackets, a badminton set, Kubb and tennis rackets.
For sporty guests, there are also three mountain bikes available. Adhesive kit and pump available for use during the season. Use of the bicycles is at your own risk.

There is a charging station for electric cars under the carport.

Of course, free WiFi/fiber optic internet is available throughout the villa.
Pets are welcome, provided that they have been registered in advance and under the supervision of the owner.
Facilities at the park
The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large 300 m² communal swimming pool with paddling pool, sunbeds and parasols.
In addition, there are tennis courts, a football and basketball court, table tennis tables, a playground, jeu-de-boules courts and outdoor fitness equipment.
Just outside the park are padel courts, a miniature golf course, a tree climbing park and paintball. You can also go karting, horse riding and quad biking in the area.
Surroundings
Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche is located directly on the Ardèche River and is accessible via a staircase from the park.
Within a five-minute drive you can reach the cozy center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with supermarkets, the weekly market, shops, restaurants and attractive terraces.
In high season, a food truck with pizza or chicken regularly comes to the park and you can get snacks at the reception.
In addition, various activities are organized, such as electric bike rental, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga classes and wine tastings.
