Villa Au Fil de l'Eau

Villa Au Fil de l'Eau is a luxurious and fully furnished holiday home for 2 to 6 people with air conditioning and private pool. The name means as much as 'Go with the flow' and that is exactly what you can do in this villa: enjoy peace and space to the fullest. Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life for what it is and let yourself be taken "au fil de l'eau" to new discoveries, fun encounters and a relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of France! 

Villa Au Fil de l'Eau is located on Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, a quiet 4-star holiday park between Vallon and Ruoms. Les Rives de l'Ardèche has a range of facilities such as a central reception with a spacious terrace, tennis and sports courts, a playground, a table tennis table, petanque courts and a general swimming pool with paddling pool and sunbeds. There is also access by stairs to the banks of the Ardèche river.
   
The cozy and complete 6-person villa has its own heated saltwater swimming pool (7.00x3.50 and 140 cm deep), a garden all around with lots of privacy through a dense hedge, a jeu de boules court and is equipped with grass and terrace on which plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and seating areas can be found both in the sun and in the shade. The garden is completely fenced. The use of the heating of the swimming pool in early and late season is included in the price. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets and was completely renovated in 2022. The new bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower, a washbasin, a towel radiator and a hanging toilet. The holiday home is certainly also suitable for people who are less able to walk because of a walk-in shower and a completely ground-floor area.
The house was awarded the 4-star classification by an independent organization in February 2023. 

You live a lot outside in this area, but inside the house is also equipped with all comforts. The villa has a completely new interior and all bedrooms are equipped with new luxury beds and air conditioning. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 
This holiday home is one of the largest types of villas in the villa park and has a very spacious and comfortable sitting area, a large 55 inch smart TV with all Dutch channels, air conditioning and free WiFi (fiber optic internet).
There is a spacious 6-8 seater dining table. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and 2 refrigerators, 1 with freezer compartment. (all equipment has been renewed in 2023/2024) The kitchen is equipped with plenty of crockery, glassware, pans, oven dishes, bread boards, cutlery, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, etc.

The villa has ample parking space on site (3 cars) and there is a possibility to charge your electric/hybrid car (for a fee) via the private wall box . 
Furthermore, 1 quiet dog is allowed -on request-. The garden is completely fenced. 
This holiday home is also regularly used by us, so it is very complete and cozy.
