This charming villa features a large lawn and a FULLY FENCED garden. Ideal for small children or pets. Relax, enjoy nature and experience pure relaxation in a wonderful, luxurious environment. The villa is well maintained, tastefully furnished and fully equipped.
This villa is unique because it is designed for 8 people, but it is rented for 6 people, so you have much more living space than usual.

When you enter the house you immediately feel that you are coming home to one of the most beautiful places in the park. Comfortable sofas invite you to take a seat. The living room is spacious with a covered terrace with a lounge set and dining table with 6 cushioned chairs. The living room has a fireplace, which provides wonderful heating for the colder evenings in spring and autumn, Dutch television and fast internet connections (fiber optic) throughout the house and garden.
There is also a game cabinet with board games, Donald Ducks, cards, puzzles, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped with, among other things. oven/microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, coffee machine beans, air fryer, blender, orange juicer, kettle and an American refrigerator with ice cube machine.

In the hall is a separate storage room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
The villa has four spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with extra long beds (210 cm) and has patio doors to the garden and terrace and a private bathroom that was completely renovated in 2026 with a walk-in shower (rain) and vanity unit. A separate toilet is located next to the bathroom. In addition, there is another bedroom for 2 people on the ground floor. On the first floor are two more bedrooms for 2 people each and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a sitting area on the covered terrace. Here you can enjoy the illuminated garden, starry sky or panoramic view in the evening with a cup of tea or a nice glass of wine.
If you have a baby, you can use the camping cot, high chair, changing mat and bouncer for FREE.
The French outdoor feeling
The lovely garden has sun all day but there are also cooling shaded areas for hot days, under the veranda and in the covered lounge area. The garden is completely fenced and gated. This gives you a lot of privacy. Ideal for small children and pets. Take a refreshing dip in the large private swimming pool (10 x4.10) with Roman steps, which is surrounded by a terrace with luxury sun beds and umbrellas. In the cooler months, the pool can be heated (at an additional cost) – so you can enjoy this villa all season long. For the children there are all kinds of play equipment in the shed that they can use in the pool or in the garden, e.g. inflatable toys and badminton rackets. Perfect for hours of fun. There is a covered veranda with luxury garden furniture so that you can enjoy your meals in the shade. Of course there is a gas barbecue from Weber at your disposal.
The villa sits on a spacious plot of 800m2. In the evening, the garden is beautifully lit so that you can enjoy beautiful, sultry summer evenings until late.

The perfect base in the Ardèche
The villa is the perfect base in the Ardèche. It is located a few minutes' walk from the Ardèche river and not far from the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-D'Arc with its authentic streets and many terraces.
From here you can undertake activities such as wine tasting, canoeing, climbing, horseback riding, cycling but also relax by the pool.
In high season there is bread service at the reception. There is regularly a food truck with pizza or chicken at the park. Various activities are also organized such as: yoga, football and jeu-de-boules tournaments. In the park there is a large communal swimming pool, children's pool, playground, tennis courts, jeu-de-boules court. As a guest, you can use this free of charge.
