Very nice holiday home, consisting of kitchen, living room, six bedrooms, workshop, playroom (table tennis, table football), two bathrooms and a large shed. Terrain is 0.35 ha on the Bourges river. Suitable for 12 people max. Ideal for joint vacations with several families, WiFi available.

Spent many vacations here with family and friends. As children go on holiday less often, the house is now available for rent. Lots of privacy. Waterfalls and swimming opportunity in front of the door. According to the French newspaper, one of the ten most beautiful swimming spots in the Ardèche. River is clean with clear water and lots of trout for enthusiasts! House is located in the mountains at an altitude of 450 meters. Lots of fun!
