Very comfortable house, with beautiful bathroom, granulate stove and covered terrace . This house has been restored in such a way that its authenticity has been preserved and the interior has been adapted to our current needs and wishes.

You will find: sun, peace, space, privacy and beautiful views. A true hiking paradise. Located at an altitude of approximately 400m in the mountains. This area was declared a protected nature reserve in 2010 (Parc Regional des Monts d'Ardeche). You can descend directly to the Gluyere river (12 minutes) where you have your own private swimming facility. In 2015, La Vigne was equipped with chestnut wooden frames, double glazing and roll-up insect screens. La Vigne will get a new kitchen in April 2024. There is a playground and sandbox for the little guests. The creativity in your children will emerge again. Making landing nets and carving walking sticks; Too good to be true!! Playing hide and seek etcetera.

There is a jeu de boule court with nice seating areas around it on the grounds of Basse Maza. On the barbecue terrace you can use the gas barbecue and under the chestnut tree there is a nice seat where you can exchange your stories while enjoying a welcome wine, which we offer you as a guest of La Vigne. The survival adventure Park Aquarock is 10 km away, where young and old can be active in mountain and water sports.

We have some agreements with restaurants in the area, where you, as a guest of La Vigne, are offered the aperitif for free . Most restaurants offer an interesting menu between 12:00 - 15:00. Menu du Jour (3 or 4 courses). Prices are approximately €14, including wine and coffee . This only applies from Monday to Friday . I am happy to provide you with information about the different restaurants. Something for everyone!
