The house was built in 2007. The format is as follows: Garage with adjoining ski locker. Entrance with large hallway. From the hall you can in the garage and ski room are adjacent. WC and urinal and sink. Adjacent to the hall is a laundry room with washer and droger.Ook is a sink with sink. (For example, hand washing) cabinet with cleaners and vacuum cleaner, ironing board etc.
Large living room with fireplace and dining area. Kitchen with dishwasher cooker microwave oven fridge and freezer. Juicer, toaster, coffee machine, etc. So with all modern conveniences. Downstairs is a large bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The house is located in a national park. Only in this park are hundreds of mountain bike trails. In the summer there is even a special bus ride if you want something further from home. An ideal and challenging mountain biking.

25 km NE of Trutnov is the impressive rock labyrinth Adrspach.

    Gewoon grandioos, gaan beslist nog een keer.
    Het enige nadeel wat wij ondervonden was, dat er herhaaldelijk geen warm water was in de douche en/of bad.

    Uns hat es außerordentlich gut gefallen! Lage und Ausblick sind toll, das wirklich luxuriöse Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Wir (2 Paare, 1 Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank für die nette Betreuung vorab und vor Ort!
