This beautiful and comfortable farmhouse was completely renovated a few years ago by the Dutch owners and transformed into a lovely holiday residence with its own pool of 8x4 meters. You can rent the whole with the larger group, so that you have both the pool and the plot all to yourself, but you can also rent the house, the large apartment or one of the small apartments with your own family. You then make common use of the garden and swimming pool. In winter you can be on the slopes of Vrchlabi within 20 minutes and the larger areas of Spindleruv Mlyn and Harrachov can also be reached quickly.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

The Giant Mountains are particularly snow. Skiing can already Vrchlabi at a distance of 20 minutes and is very popular with families. The experienced skiers usually look at the big resorts such as Spindleruv Mlyn, Rokytnice, Harrachov and Pec pod Snezkou. There are trails of all difficulty levels, which all have snowmaking. There are several hiking trails and cross country, above places have plenty of après ski and nightlife. Spindleruv Mlyn for example, has 52 restaurants, several nightclubs and Weinstuben.
