Upper floor:
1 bedroom with double bed, TV, sitting area and balcony
1 bedroom with 2 x 1 person box spring and balcony.
1 bedroom with 2 beds and balcony.

General:
There is central heating including underfloor heating, private parking and a covered terrace facing southwest with UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS of the hills.
All rooms are equipped with fly screens. You can use 2 bicycles, washing machine and dryer, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, gas barbecue, swimming pool (seasonal). 

Location:
At 1 km is a beautiful 18 hole golf course with a 4 star resort/restaurant.
There are several (attractively priced) golf courses in the region.
In the immediate vicinity there are various swimming opportunities, both an aqua park and a natural pool. There are also many sights such as karst landscapes, caves.
The Mlade Buky ski park is a 5-minute drive away and offers ski lifts, a toboggan run, a mountain bike course and a play park.
Cerny Dul, Janske Lazne and Pec pod Snezkou, 10-15 minutes by car, are located in the Krokonose National Park with  many opportunities for winter sports, hiking, cycling and hiking opportunities. In the area there are also opportunities for horse riding, fishing, mountain biking and a skate park. There are many cycling and walking routes from home.

Given the explosive price increase of electricity, (also in the Czech Republic), energy costs are included in the rental rate.
