The Tres property has been cleverly designed with a combined living and dining room equipped with an open-plan kitchen, creating a cozy and efficient space. The décor is stylish and comfortable, with carefully chosen details that create a warm atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The house has three bedrooms, including a large double room, a second bedroom with two beds that can also be joined into a double bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed.

The house has a bathroom with shower and a private toilet. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and functionality.

In addition, House Tres features a beautiful terrace by the pool. The pool is only shared with guests of Studio Ocho and House UN. On the garden beach under a large tree, sun loungers are waiting for you so that you can enjoy both the sun and the shade.

It is also possible to rent House Ocho. This is a double house. If you rent both houses, you will have the resort to yourself and you will have privacy, you will not have to share the resort and pool with anyone.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent
