The studio has been cleverly designed with a combined living and sleeping area, creating a snug and efficient space with stunning views of the pool. The décor is stylish and comfortable, with carefully chosen details that create a warm atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for preparing delicious meals. A handy storage room provides extra space for groceries and personal items, so you can keep everything organized during your stay.

The private bathroom comes with a shower and you also have your own toilet, providing extra privacy and convenience. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this studio offers the perfect balance of comfort and functionality.

It is necessary to rent a car or scooter for this location. Everything is very close, but not within walking distance. Public transport is not an option. It is possible to rent a car from us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone).
Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
