The apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex. However, it is built on a hill so you can enjoy beautiful views over the complex, swimming pool, the Spanish Water, the harbor and the beautiful sea.
The living room is located on the wind, through the sliding doors you have access to the lovely terrace. This terrace is equipped with a spacious dining table, sunbeds and lounge sofa. The living room is air-conditioned. The apartment also has super fast wifi (free)
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a spacious American fridge, combi oven with microwave function, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and all kitchen facilities.
In the luxury apartment you will find two bedrooms with king-size beds (1.85 x 200). The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space for your clothes. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, equipped with all comforts.
