We are Dani and Holger, the owners of The Blue Ocean Villa. We have fallen in love with this beautiful island and this house overlooking the blue ocean since our first visit.

Explanation of prices

All-inclusive pricing

Our prices are all-inclusive, which means that there are no hidden fees or extra charges. This includes towels, bedsheets, power, water, and all other essentials. The price you see is the price you pay.

There is a 150 EUR cleaning fee.

We believe that transparency is important, so we want you to know exactly what you are paying for. Our all-inclusive pricing is designed to make your vacation as stress-free and affordable as possible.

Payment Policy

25% at booking
75% - 90 days before arrival
Deposit in cash on check-in 500 Euro/ 500 USD

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations less than 60 days before arrival, there will be no refund.
Cancellations between 90 days and 60 days before arrival will receive a partial refund of 50%.
Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival will receive a full refund.

Changes and transfers:

Changes and rebooking’s may incur additional fees, depending on availability.

No-show or early departure:

There is no right to a refund in case of a no-show or early departure.

Cancellation insurance:

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which can help you get a refund under certain conditions, even if you have to cancel at short notice.

Force majeure:

In cases of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or the unusability of the rental property, the full booking price will be refunded. In the case of other unforeseeable events, we ask that you contact us personally so that we can find a common solution.
