The center of Punda is also only about 5  kilometers away.

The apartment is on the ground floor, so you can walk straight from the house onto the terrace and into the garden. View from the living room of the garden, the pool and the sea.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom has a bathtub and the other a shower.
The kitchen is open and fully equipped, a mega large fridge-freezer, and a spacious living room with a lovely sofa and TV, for wonderful movie nights. 
There is air conditioning throughout the apartment and fans are hanging throughout the apartment.
On the terrace there is a lovely lounge set where you can chill out and there is also a dining table so eating outside is recommended.
