Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

What's included in the price:
Fresh towels and bedsheets are provided for your comfort. 

What's not included in the price:

Cleaning fee:
A cleaning fee applies to every stay. This fee is already included in the total booking price you see online, so you don't have to worry about paying it separately. 

Electricity:
Daily allowance: To help you budget, your rental includes 30 kilowatt-hours of electricity per day. This is usually enough for normal daily use (lights, fans, appliances).Meter readings: We'll check the electricity meter with you when you arrive and when you leave to keep track of usage.Extra usage: If you use more than 30 kilowatt-hours in a day, the extra electricity costs $0.50 per kilowatt-hour. We'll settle this with you when you check out. You can pay with cash or a credit card. 

Good to know: It's quite common in Curaçao for vacation rentals to charge separately for electricity because it's more expensive here on the island.

Payment Policy
  • 25% at booking
  • 75% - 90 days before arrival
  • Deposit in cash on check-in 300 Euro/ 500 USD

Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations less than 60 days before arrival, there will be no refund.
  • Cancellations between 90 days and 60 days before arrival will receive a partial refund of 50%.
  • Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
       Changes and transfers:
    • Changes and rebooking’s may incur additional fees, depending on availability.
        No-show or early departure:
    • There is no right to a refund in case of a no-show or early departure.
