A middle class neighborhood ..... within walking distance of Natuurfarm Scherpenheuvel, with your rental car within 10 minutes, for example at Bloempot, Zuikertuintje, Promenade shopping centers, or the beach at Marie Pampoen.
A large hypermarket, where you can buy everything you might need, is 5 (car) minutes away.
You can relax in a rural environment where you can hear the birds chirping in the morning. With my wife as an ex-kindergarten teacher, there is a wealth of all kinds of toys for young children.
You can use the pool area and playground from sunrise to sunset.
The front garden is available at all times.
You can be picked up at Hato Airport for a reasonable price.
You are asked not to smoke inside or outside. This is only allowed at the carport.

As a Dutch Belgian, I have moved to Curaçao for health reasons for my wife, and I have not regretted it for a moment!
We live in a lovely rural house with a spacious garden with a large swimming pool. We have a spacious, closed parking lot on the road. The house is a bit lower, so you are not bothered by traffic noise.
The front part of the house is secluded and we put it at your disposal!
