A middle-class neighborhood ..... within walking distance of Natuurfarm Scherpenheuvel, with your rental car within 10 minutes for example at Bloempot, Zuikertuintje, Promenade shopping centers, or the beach at Marie Pampoen.

A large hypermarket, where you can buy everything you could possibly need, is 5 minutes away.

You can relax in a rural setting where you can hear the birds chirping in the morning. With my wife as an ex-kindergarten teacher, there is a wealth of all kinds of toys for young children.

From sunrise to sunset you can use the pool-area and playground.

The front garden is available at all times.

For a reasonable price, you can be picked up and later brought back at Hato Airport.

You are asked not to smoke indoors or outdoors. This is only allowed at the carport.

The house is optimally suited for 2 adults with a few children. Other combinations please in consultation!

As a Dutch Belgian, I have moved to Curaçao for health reasons for my wife, and I have not regretted it for a moment!
We live in a lovely rural house with a spacious garden with a large swimming pool. We have a spacious, closed parking lot on the road. The house is a bit lower, so you are not bothered by traffic noise.
The front part of the house is secluded and we put it at your disposal!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If children sleep in the parents' room, no extra costs will be charged.

A cot is available and a sofa bed; A maximum of 2 extra small children can stay in the parents' room! 

For 2 older children there is the possibility to book Caiquetio - with private bathroom - on the same corridor, where you have to count on 1/2 extra of the total rental price! 

Cancellation Policy:
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

    • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
    • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
    • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
    • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
    • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
    • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
    • Always consult with the landlord first! Maybe there are other solutions!
