We are happy to share our beautiful apartments Tortuga and Flamingo with you, centrally located in a small paradise in Jongbloed, behind our house. From a private driveway you enter an oasis of peace. The garden with swimming pool (for guests only) is located in the middle and is accessible from the apartments with their own entrance. Here you will find the personal attention and involvement for guests, like at a B&B, but the privacy like at a mini-resort. The best of both worlds.

Apartment Tortuga has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, both with their own entrance.
The bedroom has 2 single beds of 80x200cm, there is a topping on it, but there is also the possibility to make it 2 single beds, so that 2 guests can sleep on their own single bed.
Camping cot is available on request in advance, as well as a high chair and toys.

The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with a heater allowing the use of hot water. The toilet is in the bathroom. The kitchen has a 2 burner electric hob, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, coasters, potholders, children's plates and cutlery, toaster, combi oven, pans, oven dish.

Electricity is included for Flamingo 3 to 4 people 15 khw pn. For Tortuga 7khw pn included 1 to 2 persons. Mandatory cleaning from 12 nights 1x per week 55 euros.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

The deposit must be paid in cash on arrival, 200 euros.
Electricity and water are included with normal consumption (air conditioning about 7 to 8 hours per night).
