Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The Room is suitable for 2 adults.

Prices include the use of:

*Electra
*Water
*Wi-Fi

If there are additional people staying, an amount of €15 per person must be paid.

Checkin starts from 15:00 for earlier checkin you must notify in advance

Check out at 10:00 for later check-out until 18:00 in advance, after 18:00 an amount of € 40 will be charged.

We also ask for a deposit of €125, after the stay if everything is still in order you will get the whole amount back.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.

In case of cancellation within 7 days before the arrival, 100% of the total deposit will be charged.

Custom Cancellation Policy for High Season

In high season, guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation within 14 days before the arrival, 100% of the total deposit will be charged.
