This cosy, beautiful, and recently renovated detached house (80 m2) is completely fenced and is located in the pleasant and local neighborhood of Vredenberg. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, the other room has a bunk bed with a fan. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The living room with open kitchen is furnished with a great lounge sofa, TV and a fan. There is a terrace at both the front and rear of the house.

Casa 'Paultje' is only 1 km from Marie Pampoen Beach and 1.5 km from the famous and popular Mambo-Beach Boulevard with its beautiful beaches, restaurants and beach clubs such as Madero Ocean club, Cabana Beach Club and Chill Beach Bar & Grill.
Within a 10-minute walk you are in the historic city center of Willemstad or the cozy Pietermaai!
