The house is very centrally located on a quiet street near the center of Willemstad. You will find shops and restaurants right nearby. Hotspots such as Pietermaai and Otrabanda in the historic center of Willemstad can be reached in five minutes by car. Mambo Beach boulevard with not only beautiful beaches, shops, but also Sea Aquarium is only a 10-minute drive away. But Jan Thiel is also at a distance of 10 minutes by car.
The central location in Salina near several schools also makes the house very suitable for families with older school-age children who want to stay in Curacao for a longer period of time.
The house is detached and has an enclosed garden for maximum privacy. The house has an alarm system and is connected to an alarm center. An electric gate gives access to the house. Several cars can be parked under the carport.

When you return from the beach or from your exploration of the island, you will naturally want to use the private swimming pool or one of the seats in the tropical garden. The garden gives a feeling of a green oasis due to the decoration and planting. The pool has a rock wall with waterfall and there is also an outdoor shower and toilet. If necessary, the pool can be screened off so that it is safe for children who cannot swim.
At the front of the house is the porch, where you can enjoy breakfast or enjoy the sunset. And in the evening you can eat outside at the large table under the tropical trees and the sounds of a gecko, for example. There is a barbecue and a table grill plate.
