This cozy, beautiful, detached house (80 m2) is fully fenced and is located in the cozy and local district of Vredenberg. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, the other room has a bunk bed with air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower with hot water, toilet and sink. The living room with open kitchen is furnished with a great lounge sofa, a table with 4 chairs, TV and a fan. There is a terrace both at the front and rear of the house.

Casa 'Paultje' is only 1 km from Marie Pampoen Beach and 1.5 km from the famous and popular Mambo-Beach Boulevard with its beautiful beaches, restaurants and beach clubs such as Madero Ocean club, Cabana Beach Club and Chill Beach Bar & Grill.
Within a 20-minute walk you are in the historic city center of Willemstad or the cozy Pietermaai!

The garden is fully enclosed by a wall. We have planted tropical plants such as the bougainvillea on the picture, bananas and cocos.

And very likely you'll occasionally see our house iguana on the wall. Iguanas are harmless and eat only plants and fruits. Also buy some bird food in the supermarket and you will see various tropical birds while on the terrace.
