The apartment is located in the secure residential resort Blije Rust which is a stone's throw from Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort. Close to restaurants and shops and 5 minutes from Kokomo Beach. It is also only a 5-minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Furthermore, it is close to the center of Willemstad, fishing, Hato airport, Sambil shopping center and mambo beach.

This new house is equipped with all luxury conveniences, a spacious living room with a high ceiling, air conditioning, patio doors to the terrace partly covered. A bright open kitchen with built-in appliances and a large fridge-freezer and 2 bedrooms with comfortable boxsping beds 1x (180x200) / 2x (90x200) and air conditioning, for extra flexibility we also have a folding bed available for a fifth person.
1 bathroom and separate toilet. Total area is over 80 m2. Happy Rust Resort is a gated secure resort with new homes, two large swimming pools and private parking in front of the door.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Pets are not allowed.

The resort is fully fenced and there is an automatic entrance gate.

-BEDROOMS:
When booking for 2 people, 1 bedroom can be used.
If you want to use more bedrooms, you must book extra people.


- EXPLANATION OF THE PRICES:

- Price excl. 7% tourist tax

- Mandatory final cleaning 125 euros. cash on arrival.

The price does not include water and electricity.

In addition, a deposit of € 250 applies for stays of up to two weeks. For stays longer than two weeks, the deposit will be increased by € 100 per week.

The costs for water and electricity will be deducted from the deposit afterwards.
The actual consumption is determined by the meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. and the rates applicable at the utility company at that time. The rates are on average 1KW electricity approx. € 0.50 and 1 m3 water approx. € 5,-.

Mandatory interim cleaning (€ 50, per time)

- No parties or events allowed!
- Smoking in the house is prohibited.
- Please do not sit on the couch and beds with dirty and wet clothes.

• A shopping package can be provided on request.
The costs for this are € 12.50.
The groceries including the delivery costs can be done with the caretaker
Pay on the spot.

Our property manager will meet you at the apartment for check-in and check-out and is available for questions and support. The check-out time can be extended if possible. Contact the host.
