A tasteful, comfortable 3 room apartment with super views and great terrace of 30m2!  Just a 7 minute walk from the beach and pool on your doorstep. 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms in great central location on beautiful Curaçao. New sitting area (2023), beds, lounge set and sun beds. 

The small-scale complex has its own swimming pool with sunbeds and tropical garden. The popular Blue Bay resort has an 18-hole golf course, private beach, restaurants, gym, tennis courts and diving school. 

ENTRANCE
Private parking in front of the door, short wide staircase (6 steps) to the apartment. Private entrance with entry into the living room.

LIVING ROOM WITH TERRACE
The bright, cozy and spacious living room with open kitchen is furnished with a bright dining table for 4 and a cozy sitting area (2023) and has large sliding doors to the tasteful and modern terrace. A clean and light tiled floor makes it extra pleasant. There is a TV, fan and air conditioning.

KITCHEN
The open kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils from wine opener to wok pan. There is a nespresso machine with milk frother and in the utility room is a cool box to take to the beautiful bays of the island.

2 BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a double bed (2024) of 1.60 wide, air conditioning, a drawer and linen closet with adjoining private bathroom.
The bathroom has a floating toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin.

The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 and air conditioning, a chest of drawers and sliding doors to the terrace.

2 BATHROOMS
The 2 bathrooms are both equipped with a walk-in shower, floating toilet, washbasin and light tile and the necessary bathroom accessories.

TERRACE
The private terrace is lovely and has a beautiful view. Also at sea. You look out on the accompanying swimming pool with palms and flower garden, a mountain and lots of greenery, you see the sea and hear the parakeets and other tropical birds. Equipped in 2022 with a canvas for shade, 2 sunbeds, a dining table and a beautiful lounge set.

BEACH
The beach of Blue Bay resort is a very nice bay with turquoise water and snow-white sand. It is easily accessible for young and old.
As a tenant of the apartment, you can use the beach and sunbeds for free with a beach pass. There is a beach bar, a pizza takeaway point, 2 restaurants, including Brass Boer from Jonnie and Thérèse Boer.

So we charge € 150 for the final cleaning. Interim cleaning is mandatory for stays longer than 9 days, costs are € 50. If desired, cleaning can be done more often. This will then be deducted from the deposit.
