The very spacious penthouse that was completed in July 2024 is part of the beautiful new apartment complex The Breeze. Downstairs there is a beautifully landscaped tropical garden with two large swimming pools where you can enjoy one of the sunbeds.

This beautiful penthouse features 3 spacious bedrooms that are luxuriously and tastefully decorated, each equipped with comfortable beds and a serene ambiance for a good night's sleep. All bedrooms have a TV.

The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and its own modern luxury ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub and walk-in shower and high-quality finishes. The other very spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower is shared with the other two bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The penthouse offers all modern conveniences such as air conditioning, very good Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer.

Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Blue Bay from the living room or from your own very spacious private terrace. The very spacious terrace runs all the way around the penthouse, making the view breathtaking from every angle.
