The apartment is brand new and has two large TV's, a 70 'TV and a 60' TV, both are smart TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and oven, the refrigerator has an ice maker. There is a washing machine and a dryer. From the kitchen you also have an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also an elevator and a garage so that you can park your car safely and in the shade.

Explanation of prices

Dear tenant, the cost of renting the apartment includes everything except electricity. The costs for this with normal consumption are around 15 euros per evening. But since there are many air conditioners, it can quickly add up if they are left on during the day. If you only use 1 or 2 bedrooms, the costs are lower, can be around 10, the air conditioning is what use the most electricity. We also charge final cleaning costs of 100 Euro.
