Very luxurious and complete apartment in the Royal Palm Resort (number 26G). This beautifully furnished and recently renovated holiday apartment of 170m2 is located on the luxurious "Royal Palm Resort" in Piscadera.
This first floor apartment has a very large terrace and a location overlooking the Caribbean Sea. (second line sea view). The terrace is equipped with an awning and a shady set. The apartment offers space for 1 to 4 people.
It has 2 very spacious bedrooms with both spacious double beds (which can also be made into 4 single beds). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet, spacious sink with bathroom cabinet and a walk-in shower (170x90). There is also a third guest toilet. For children up to and including 2 years there is a high chair and cot available.
The entire house is air-conditioned and can be controlled separately. The living room, bedrooms, kitchen and terrace also have a ceiling fan. The apartment is also equipped with all kinds of luxurious facilities, such as a flat-screen TV with six Dutch channels and fast WiFi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, airfryer, toaster, rice cooker, juicer, coffee maker, kettle, Senseo machine and a Nespresso machine, kitchen scale, induction hob, ample crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is also a safe, which you will receive the code for upon arrival. Various diving masks are available for snorkeling.
The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer. "European" electricity is available throughout the apartment (220V). There is a large amount of bed and bath linen available, including beach towels. Furthermore, diving masks, snorkel sets and pool noodles are available.
Security is available 24 hours a day at the Royal Palm Resort.
The resort has a communal swimming pool with wooden deck and sun loungers. Directly outside the resort is one of the many beaches (Parasasa Beach). Several hotels are located next to the Royal Palm resort, such as Hilton, Floris suite Hotel and the Mariot hotel. Several restaurants and a beach club (Pirate Bay) are nearby. There is a popular walking and/or jogging route around the resort. Golf courses are quite close by car. Willemstad (Pontjesbrug) and the historic center are 5 minutes away by car. In short, a luxury holiday apartment where everything is within reach.
