Tropical Villa is a large colonial villa with lovely large private pool (5 x 10 meters) in a spacious 2000m2 large, fully walled tropical garden.
The villa is detached and located on a large walled plot of over 2000m2. The large garden offers privacy for sunbathing and enjoying. Of the large private pool The garden is a great playground for children.

Tropical Villa has two large verandas at the front and at the back by the pool or lounge where breakfast is delicious.

The large luxurious and cozy living room has lovely sofas and equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player (and collection of films and series), stereo and iPod / iPhone speaker docking so great a movie can look anywhere of your favorite music to enjoy.

The palapa (typical Caribbean roof of dried palm leaves) protection against the sun. Under the palapa is a large dining table with outdoor kitchen.

Relax at the pool
The large pool is not only great to hang out , with a glass of wine or beer on the edge. Due to the length of 15 m, it is good to start the day with pulling laps ....

At this picnic table our guests have organized many nice and tasty BBQs. Each apartment has a private terrace, but socializing with fellow residents of Rian Apartments makes holiday much more enjoyable.

Stoffel and his family always welcome your leftover vegetables or salad.
My dogs and cat Victoria are sweet and cuddly, but definitely not intrusive. They understand very quickly whether their presence is desired or not.
