There is a private parking space directly at the house. A rental car is a “must” to explore the island and all its attractions. Most of the island's attractions can be reached quickly and easily from the house.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, a Suzuki Jimny Jeep rental car is available for you, which you can book separately from us for $59 per day. This means you can easily travel from the airport by taxi - your rental car will then be waiting for you at the front door.

Our Jimny is the ideal vehicle for exploring the island (manual transmission). Bottelier is very centrally located and a very nice, quiet and safe residential area: several supermarkets, numerous restaurants, beaches, the city - everything is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in a few minutes by car: Mambobeach, Caracasbaai & Jan Thiel Beach in a few minutes. Many tourist attractions are also just a stone's throw away from here:

Beaches, snorkeling, diving, kitesurfing, stand-up paddling, windsurfing, jet ski, boat trips, deepsea fishing, sky-diving, Curacao Sea Aquarium, dolphin-swim, submarine Curacao, the Ocean lense, quad tours,
Ostrich farm, aloe vera farm, Amazon, Tugboat beach, Fort Beekenburg, Directorsbeach, mini golf, shopping mall, organic farming, pharmacy, medical center, ice cream parlor, fresh fish dealer (absolutely
try), fruit and vegetable dealers - and the best pizzeria on the island is just 3 minutes away (wood oven).

Regarding medical care: Curacao has the most modern clinical center in the Caribbean, the CMC, which was built in 2019 for over 200 million euros...

For safety: You can move freely - especially in our environment - without having to worry about your safety. Of course, you shouldn't leave valuables anywhere in the car...
We haven't had a single unpleasant experience in the 2.5 years we've lived here...

Also interesting: there are no really poisonous animals on Curacao!
