A very nice, quietly located holiday home on the secure resort Marbella Estate in Jan Thiel. This holiday home is suitable for max. Sleeps 6 and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 fully renovated bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and box spring beds. The house has a spacious covered veranda with a fantastic view. The garden has 6 beach beds, a swimming pool with separate paddling pool and a bbq.

The resort also has a communal swimming pool and a children's pool. The resort is a stone's throw from the famous beaches of Jan Thiel.

We are Ton and Ans Boer. We are from Utrecht and have taken the big step to buy a holiday home in Curaçao. After having vacationed several times on Curaçao, we were sold on this island in the Caribbean Sea.
Ton works as a damage expert and Ans as a telephone operator/receptionist at a physiotherapist. We also enjoy our children and grandchildren, we like to go out with the motorcycle or our caravan or we can be found in Kas Granjero on our beloved Curaçao!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price 145,- per night from April 1, 2025 is calculated for 4 persons. Each additional person costs 15.00 p.p.p.n.

There is also a final cleaning of Euro 150 per stay.

In week 51, 52 and week 1 a price of €195 per night is charged for 4 people. Each additional person costs 17.50 pp/pn

There is the possibility to rent a car at the house for €35 per day. You can indicate this when contacting us.
