This brand new (2024), spacious and luxurious two-person apartment is fully furnished and has a modern look. "Appartement Flamingo" is located in a quiet and safe residential area 3 km from the bustling Jan Thiel.

The living room is modernly furnished, has a smart TV and WiFi. In the apartment all sockets are 220Volt.

The kitchen is fully equipped such as refrigerator with cold water tap, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and coffee machine with milk frother. A washing machine can also be used.

The bedroom has air conditioning and has an adjoining bathroom with rain shower.

You can enjoy breakfast and BBq on the veranda, or do you prefer to sit back in the bucket seats or lie on the sunbeds.

The little bon vivant can also come along. There is a cot that can also be used as a playpen, there is also a high chair and buggy.

Additional costs:
The costs of electricity are not included, these will be deducted from the deposit afterwards.

Hi, I'm Anka and together with my husband I enjoy renting out Villa Curalux & Apartments.
Our apartments Flamingo and Turtle are newly built in 2024 and are located in Jan Thiel. Apartment Turtle has a private pool.
In addition, we also rent Villa Curalux, this is a 6 person villa with private pool near Mambo Beach.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are based on two people.
Prices do not include the use of electricity, this will be deducted from the deposit.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant.
-Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge.
-Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period 25% of the rental price.
-Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price.
-Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
