A beautiful, fully furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious veranda and a shared swimming pool, located in the popular neighborhood of Jan Thiel, Curaçao.

It is wonderfully situated in the wind in a closed mini-resort about 3 minutes away from the popular beach Jan Thiel (Zanzibar) caracasbaai, various dive sites and about 7 minutes from Mambo beach near the Sea Aquarium.

Jan Thiel is known for its perfect location. Adjacent to the protected nature and walking reserve, home to many flamingos, the salt pans on one side and the Caribbean ocean and Spanish water lagoon on the other. You can enjoy the free nature here for hours during a nice walk or on a mountain bike.

Jan Thiel offers, among other things, the public Caracasbaai Beach, beach clubs Papagayo and Zanzibar, several supermarkets, shops, a health and fitness club, several restaurants, a casino and entertainment destinations.

There are several marinas nearby, where you can rent a boat or take part in a windsurfing or wakeboarding lesson. Finally, the diving and snorkeling is great!

In short, something for everyone.

The beautiful apartment itself is located next to the nature reserve on a very quiet cul-de-sac just minutes away from all the action. This way you can combine the best of both worlds. It's hard not to fall in love with this location and the island!

We are Chris & Rosanne.

Chris was born on curacao and Roos has been living here for more than 20 years! We know the island like the back of our hand!
We both give diving lessons, love to travel and like to introduce people to our beautiful island. We can let you experience the nicest places both above and underwater!

Explanation of prices

Cancellation
Full refund if canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival.
If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival.
After that, you will receive a 50% refund for cancellations up to seven days before arrival.
If you wait any longer, you will not receive a refund.

Water and electricity
Water and electricity are relatively expensive on the island and are harmful to the environment. Keep this in mind when using air conditioners and water. Always close the bedroom and bathroom door and of course the bedroom windows when the air conditioning is on. Turn these off when you are not using the room.

You should take into account, with average consumption, approximately Eur. 10,- to Eur. 15 per day, depending on the number of people and the number of hours of use of the air conditioning(s). This will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your holiday.

Since the apartment where you will be staying is located in a small and quiet resort, where there is also long-term rental, we kindly ask you to take this into account. Consider, for example, respecting the "quiet hours" (22.00-08.00) and the opening hours of the communal swimming pool (08.00-20.00), which is only accessible to guests of the resort.
