Villa Valhalla is a brand new luxury villa and is located on the quiet and 24/7 secured Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort! The Family floor can accommodate up to 10 adults & 2 children and features a private infinity pool, a large gourmet kitchen, a barbecue and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view.

It is a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach as well as two restaurants, a beach bar and a diving school. There are also 2 supermarkets within a 5-minute drive. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday!

The space
The family floor is divided into 3 areas, the main part of which consists of a large living room with open kitchen which is fully equipped, 3 bedrooms including 1 'kids room' with bunk beds and 2 bathrooms. In addition, there are two rooms separate from the villa, each with a bedroom and bathroom. The spacious terrace has its own swimming pool which is only accessible to guests of the Family floor, sun beds, a BBQ and a beautiful view.

Hi! My name is Mylenka and I have the privilege of hosting this beautiful penthouse. I've lived on the island for several years now, but have been coming here since a little girl, so I've seen the island grow and expand. With my background in hospitality, it is my goal to make your visit to Curaçao as pleasant as possible and it is my intention to make you fall in love with this island just like I did, so that we can welcome you again in the future. Explanation of prices

Deposit
A USD 750 cash deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit is used to settle any damage, and water and energy costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to you on the day of check-out.

Water and electricity consumption
Electricity is charged at $0.50 per Kwh and water at $8.00 per m3. Together with the host, the meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out.

General house rules
1.Smoking is only allowed outside on the patio.
2.Throw all the waste in the green bins at the front of the villa.
3.Pets are not allowed, very $500.00 USD penalty applies
4. Persons other than those of the host group are not allowed to spend the night in the accommodation.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good condition. Report any damage immediately to the manager.
6. The owners are not responsible for any damage to personal items washed in the on-site washer/dryer.
7.Peace and quiet are valued at the resort and quiet hours start at 10pm.
8.Lost towels or beach towels will result in a fee of $25.00 USD per towel.
9. No refunds will be given in the event of storms, bad weather or illness.
10.Parents or guardians are 100% responsible for the safety of all minors under their supervision while staying at the villa.
11.Do not throw anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, if the septic tank becomes clogged you will be charged $275.00 USD.
12. Do not use glassware around the pool
13. Please take care when using the pool, deck and steps as the floors can become slippery when wet. No diving, jumping or running allowed.
Watch your belongings. Management is not responsible for lost or damaged property in the villa. Close all doors before leaving the villa.
