NEMAH is a holiday and apartment rental company for both short and long stays on Curaçao. The Resort is located in Klein Sint Michiel (Curasol) on the south side of Curaçao, just a few minutes away from the beaches of Blue Bay, Kokomo and Boca Sami (Sint Michiel). Our guests will enjoy a boutique and authentic experience and live in apartment houses like the locals do, while enjoying hassle-free services like in luxury hotels. The Sundancer Studio offers a local stylish living experience and is fully equipped. Our mini resort has its own entrance with sufficient parking spaces. From the parking lot you walk through the tropical garden with the swimming pool to the accommodations.

The Sundancer Studio is the first apartment, is located on the garden and has a private covered terrace.

Explanation of prices

Nemah must be informed in writing of cancellations as early as possible. We are a small family business and cancellations have major consequences for us. Therefore, we must adhere to the following strict cancellation policy.
Please read our cancellation policy carefully, we always recommend that all our guests take out travel insurance.

30 days before arrival: No cancellation fees will be charged.

Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be charged.

14 days or less before arrival: No refund

Please note that Nemah must be notified in writing. In the event of a no-show or early departure, an amount equal to the entire stay will be charged.

Changes to the arrival and departure date(s) of the reservation are subject to approval and written agreement between the parties. Change fees may apply. In case of changes, for example a shorter length of stay or date changes within 30 days before arrival, the cancellation policy applies to canceled nights. The customer's full name must be available at the time of reservation and name changes are permitted within the cancellation periods.
