The modern living room with a nice seating area with smart TV and luxurious open kitchen on the ground floor is directly connected to the porch. It can be opened completely using a large sliding door, making it feel like outside inside.
The villa is built well on the wind, which provides a cooling breeze, the porch offers sufficient shade where you can relax in the lounge set and enjoy a meal at the long 10-person dining table. There are movable sunbeds around the infinity pool for an ultimate relaxing day at home.
On the ground floor there are two very spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with patio doors leading to a small terrace. Further down the impressive hall is the guest toilet and a storage room. The stairs take you down to the spacious basement where the three other spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located. Here too, you reach a terrace through the French doors. Downstairs there is also a room with washing machine and dryer.
The little bon vivants have also been taken into account. The villa has a total of 2 children's beds. There are also 2 high chairs and a baby bath. The entire terrace has an anti-slip tile and offers plenty of shade for the little ones. We also offer the option of shielding the swimming pool with a fence, so that you too can have a holiday ;-)

BBQ rental @ Casa di Barrio
We offer the option to rent a Weber gas BBQ during your stay. This includes 1 small gas bottle. The BBQ must be left completely clean. You pay a one-time fee of 150 Nafl for renting the BBQ and 150 Nafl deposit. If the BBQ has not been cleaned, the deposit will not be refunded.
