BlueBay | Tropical Oasis

This apartment was modernized in April 2023 and completely newly furnished. Both bedrooms have brand new air conditioners and the living room has a new ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with a new combination microwave and dishwasher and there is a new washing machine. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is located directly on the sunny terrace.

The apartment is located in the Green View complex at Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach resort, the luxury resort on Curaçao. The beach is only 700 meters away, and the apartment comes with 4 passes that give free access to the private beach of Blue Bay (normally NAF 20 pppd).

Not in the mood for the beach? There is also a wonderful salt water swimming pool with sun beds. Or enjoy the wonderfully sunny terrace with a beautiful view. Here we have a dining area, lounge chairs and sun beds to enjoy the sun.

There is plenty of catering at the resort, a beach bar where you can enjoy a cold beer or a cocktail and where you can also pick up pizzas. Furthermore, 2 excellent restaurants and if you feel like a real luxury dinner, the recently opened Brass Boer, by star chef Jonnie Boer.

At the resort you can of course play a beautiful round of golf (with a discount) on a challenging 18-hole course with some very nice views of the Caribbean Sea. Tennis, diving, fitness or hiking are also all possible.

Water and electricity are scarce, also on Curaçao.
The normal consumption of water (0.25 m3 per day) and electricity (15 Kwh per day) is included in the rent. With normal use you will come out with this. We then assume that the two air conditioners in the bedrooms are only on during the night. We want to prevent unnecessary consumption.
Any additional consumption will be settled after check out.
USD 8.50 per m3 is charged for water and USD 0.56 per Kwh for electricity.

The apartment has 110/220v.
