You have access to a modern kitchen including dishwasher. Behind the house a large swimming pool with palapa. Both at the front and at the rear a large terrace with tables, chairs,
Lounge sofa and lounge bed. Living room with sofa, two armchairs and TV, all channels available.
House equipped with WiFi and alarm system.

Parking space on site behind the electric gate. The villa is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants and bars such as Papagayo Beach, Zest, Zanzibar and Kokus.

On the way there you will walk past the "van den Tweel" supermarket and "The Challenge" gym.

We are Frank and Anita Bedorf and we have been renting out two 6 person villas and two 2 person apartments in the popular villa area Vista Royal, Jan Thiel region on Curacao since 2015.
We live in the Netherlands but have also lived on the island ourselves from 2015-2017.
Several times a year we come to Curaçao for the peace, conviviality and the wonderful climate.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
