The Beach Apartment is located on a small-scale secure resort directly on the Spanish Water on Curacao.
The apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms. Adjacent are the two bathrooms with hot water shower. The living room with open kitchen is also equipped with air conditioning and has French doors to the porch where you can enjoy the sunset. From the porch you can walk straight to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip.
The apartment is located in the Brakkeput Abou district and the well-known Jan Thiel beach / Zanzibar is only a 5-minute drive away. You will also find a wide range of restaurants in the surrounding area. You can also enjoy walking in nature in the salt pans of Jan Thiel or, if you prefer water sports, diving on one of the many beaches or sailing on the Spanish Water.
There are also several supermarkets in the vicinity such as the small Van Den Tweel near Papagayo with longer opening hours or Esperamos or Vreugdenhil supermarket. There are also some mini-markets near the house, in case you have forgotten something. So there is plenty to do!
Please note that privacy and tranquility are guaranteed and respected on the property.
That means parties are not allowed.
Prices do not include:
*Electricity consumption (this will be deducted from the deposit), water is included.
*Final cleaning at $125,-
*Interim cleaning at $50 (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
*7% Tourist tax
