Beach Apartments

The Beach Apartment is located on a small-scale secured resort directly on the Spanish Water on Curacao.

The apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms. Adjacent are the two bathrooms with hot water shower. The living room with open kitchen is also air-conditioned and has patio doors to the porch where you can enjoy the sunset. From the porch you can walk straight to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip.

The apartment is located in the Brakkeput Abou district and the famous Jan Thiel beach / Zanzibar is only a 5-minute drive away. A wide range of restaurants can also be found in the area. You can also go for a lovely walk in the nature in the salt pans of Jan Thiel or, if you prefer water sports, dive on one of the many beaches or sail on the Spanish Water.

In the vicinity are also several supermarkets such as the small Van Den Tweel at Papagayo with extended opening hours or Esperamos or Vreugdenhil supermarket. There are also some mini markets near the house, should you have forgotten anything. So there is plenty to experience!

Please note that privacy and tranquility are guaranteed and respected on the property.
That means parties are not allowed.

Prices exclude:
*Water & electricity consumption (this will be deducted from the deposit)
*Final cleaning at $125,-
* Intermediate cleaning at $50 (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
*7% City tax
