Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit and energy consumption

A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for possible damages, excessive energy consumption and any additional cleaning, if applicable.

Energy and water consumption
- The nightly price includes 5 kWh per person per day for standard energy consumption. Excessive consumption will be charged at EUR0.60 per kWh. Water consumption is included.
- Meter readings are recorded at both check-in and check-out to accurately determine energy consumption.

Additional cleaning services
- An intermediate cleaning (EUR100) is mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights.
- Additional cleaning costs due to factors such as leaving the BBQ dirty, smoking indoors, or leaving the property excessively messy, will also be deducted from the security deposit.
