This beautiful villa is located on Villapark Flamboyan, a gated community in the Kwartje district. Very centrally located on Banda Ariba, the Southeastern side of Curaçao and close to the Aloe Vera Plantation, the Ostrich Farm and the nature reserve around the Sint Joris Bay.

Villa Alaïa has a beautifully landscaped tropical garden with a private swimming pool and a large covered porch. There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioners, 2 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The house is spacious and has a smooth transition from the living areas inside to the living areas outside.
