The rental area occupies the lower two floors and offers complete privacy, with no view of the pool and garden. The owners stay in the house above and are available – if desired – for personal service and support, without disturbing your stay.

Through a quiet, cul-de-sac you reach the entrance of the villa. A staircase leads you to the bedroom floor, where there are three spacious and stylishly furnished bedrooms. Two of these are designed as luxury master suites, while the third bedroom can be flexibly furnished. All bedrooms have air conditioning and high-quality finishes. In addition, there is a separate laundry and storage room.

The living space on the ground floor is characterized by a modern, open layout and an elegant look. The fully equipped kitchen has high-quality appliances including an oven, microwave, gas hob with wok burner, dishwasher and an American fridge with ice cubes and chilled water. Adjacent is a comfortable air-conditioned TV room, ideal for the hot days or to cool off, equipped with a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with international and Dutch channels, as well as access to Netflix and YouTube. There is also a modern bathroom, separate toilet, utility room and sufficient storage space.

The open void provides a spatial effect and enhances the experience of light, space and sight lines to the outside. From the living room you walk directly into the garden, where the outdoors is central. Here you will find a stylish private swimming pool with a view over the Spanish Water, a beautifully landscaped garden, luxurious sunbeds, a covered lounge, outdoor shower and an attractive BBQ and dining area.
