The spacious, single-storey house is stylishly furnished and the interior is completely new. The house has three bedrooms (with air conditioners) and two bathrooms. The living room has a high ceiling of 4.5 meters for a pleasant indoor climate and also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The spacious kitchen has an American fridge with ice maker and cold water tap, dishwasher and all conceivable kitchen appliances. The BBQ is ready on the porch for pleasant evenings of dining pleasure!

You can park your car in your own garage at home, or park it in your driveway. The highlights of Curaçao are easily accessible from Katoentuin.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason whatsoever, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord . The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 21 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 21st and 7th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
