Casa Katoentuin welcomes you with its spacious tropical garden and a porch at the front and back where it is always wonderful to stay. The luxurious beaches and beach clubs of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach are just a 10-minute drive away.

The spacious, single-storey house is stylishly furnished and the interior is completely new. The house has three bedrooms (with air conditioners) and two bathrooms. The living room has a high ceiling of 4.5 meters for a pleasant indoor climate and also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The spacious kitchen has an American fridge with ice maker and cold water tap, dishwasher and all conceivable kitchen appliances. The BBQ is ready on the porch for pleasant evenings of dining pleasure!

You can park your car in your own garage at home, or park it in your driveway. The highlights of Curaçao are easily accessible from Katoentuin.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the renter by e-mail. The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 21 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 21st and the 7th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
