The Bamboo Beach Villa

Our luxury villa is located in the best location of Curacao, in the very popular, luxurious and secured residential area Vista Royal (Jan Thiel). The villa is located opposite the entrance to Boca Gentil and a 2-minute walk to Jan Thiel Beach and van der Tweel Supermarket.

In the vicinity you will find beautiful beaches, the best beach clubs on the island, a wonderful spa, very good restaurants, a supermarket with extended opening hours and the famous Jan Thiel salt pans are a 5-minute walk away. The Spanish Water is also a 5-minute drive away and there are many diving options nearby.

The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal for families traveling together, large families or groups of friends.

The villa has a large upper floor with high ceilings, a spacious luxury kitchen and a lovely porch with a sea view. On the porch there is a spacious dining area and 2 large lounge areas. The living area inside has a spacious seating area with flat screen TV and an additional dining area. On the top floor there is also a master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom and also a master bedroom with private bathroom. There is also a separate laundry and ironing room here.

The villa also has a (lockable) indoor apartment on the ground floor with 2 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. The apartment is equipped with every luxury and has its own entrance to the garden. Behind the house there is parking space for several cars.

In the garden there is a swimming pool, palapa, outdoor shower, BBQ and spacious outdoor kitchen. There are several (shady) places to lounge and have a drink.

The prices on Miczu are based on the rental of the villa (4 bedrooms).
The indoor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can also be rented at the villa. The prices for this are (add on):

Apartment (maximum 4 additional persons)

• Mid season €95 pn / €665 pw
• High season € 120 pn / € 840 pw
• Peak season €200 pn / €2,800 for 14 nights

The villa and apartment are not rented separately. As a tenant, you are the only resident. Prices include 60 KwH per day. Additional consumption charges €0.55 per KwH.​​

Prices do not include:

• Final cleaning € 225 (mandatory) for the villa with 4 bedrooms / € 275 (mandatory) for the villa with 6 bedrooms.
• Intermediate cleaning € 150 (mandatory after every 7 nights) for the villa with 4 bedrooms / € 175 (mandatory) for the villa with 6 bedrooms.
• Prices are exclusive of 7% sales tax (tourist tax)

Groups of young people under the age of 25 are only allowed in consultation.
