Just 100 meters away are the beaches of Papagayo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach, ideal for a refreshing swim or an adventurous snorkeling session. And when the sun goes down, you can enjoy spectacular views from your own terrace. You might even spot dolphins in the crystal clear waters!
Layout apartment
This beautiful apartment on the first floor offers breathtaking sea views and views of the communal swimming pool. The spacious terrace features a large dining table and a cozy lounge area, perfect for a relaxing evening with family or friends. Inside you will find a cozy living room and a luxury kitchen, equipped with an American fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso. In addition, there is a TV with an extensive range of (sports) channels.
The apartment has three spacious 2-person bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Through the sliding doors and shutters, you can control the sea breeze and create the perfect atmosphere for any occasion.
The area
The apartment is located on an exclusive resort located in the beautiful Vista Royal (Jan Thiel). The resort consists of luxury villas and apartments and offers the perfect combination of peace, privacy and luxury. The villas have private swimming pools and there is a communal swimming pool for the apartments. Just 100 meters away are the beaches of Papagayo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach.
Good to know
- Intermediate cleaning €75 mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights, to be paid in advance at Droomvilla.
- Check-in from 16:00 and Check-out until 12:00 a.m
- Minimum rental period is 7 nights. Christmas period 14 nights
- Late check-out can be requested from the manager on site at an additional cost.
- Including water & electricity consumption (electricity consumption max. 40 KwH per day, above that € 0.55 per KwH will be charged to you).

- As an international visitor, you must complete the Digital Immigration Card (DI Card) online within 7 days before departure.
