The studio has its own entrance and terrace and can accommodate 2 people. The layout is spacious with a double bed (160x200 cm), an open bathroom with washbasin, rain shower and toilet. Towels, beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. In addition, there is a television, a built-in closet for clothes and suitcases, a corner sofa and a bar table with stools.
Parking is available within the automatic gate.

Our price includes water and wifi. Electricity is not included and the costs are 5,- USD / 4,90 EUR per night.
The studio is located under a villa, which is also rented out. The villa and the studio share the driveway. Both accommodations have their own entrance.
It is not allowed to use the accommodation and facilities by persons who are not official guests.
