This luxurious first floor apartment is located in a fantastic location in the heart of Curaçao, located on the Spanish Water and close to Jan Thiel. Here you can enjoy the beautiful infinity pool, which is located on the private beach surrounded by palm trees. While you are in this oasis of peace and beauty, the popular area of Jan Thiel and its nightlife is only 5 minutes away.

You will stay in a completely newly furnished apartment on the first floor, where the living room connects to the large terrace by means of a sliding glass wall, for the ultimate holiday feeling.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have a king-size double bed with both en-suite bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and is fully equipped. All rooms are air-conditioned, there is a TV and of course Wi-Fi.

On the spacious terrace there is a large dining table where you can dine endlessly with a view over the pool, the bay and the harbor on the Spanish Water. You can also chill out on the lounge set and there is a power fan for the hottest hours. In addition, there is an ultimate place on the water to have a barbecue in peace, while enjoying the setting sun.

This small-scale resort has 24/7 security. You have your own parking space and the site is closed with an entrance gate, which you can control remotely. This is your ultimate destination on Curaçao. Beautiful, quiet, safe and above all: in the service of your perfect holiday.

A rental car is recommended, as public transport in Curaçao cannot be compared to the Netherlands. This apartment is a 30-minute drive from the airport. You can park your car behind the gate in your own parking space.

Our rate includes WIFI and water. Electricity is exclusive and costs € 0.50 per KwH. This will have to be paid on departure.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

This apartment has a basic rent for the first 2 guests. Each additional guest pays € 30.00 p.p.p.n. extra. This must be paid at the time of booking.

By completing the booking, you agree to the rental conditions of NOOM B.V. The full terms and conditions are available on request.

Summary of the general rental conditions:

The accommodation may not be used by more than the number of adults and children specified in your reservation.
All guests adhere to the "good neighbor policy" of NOOM B.V. and will refrain from illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
NOOM B.V. does not allow pets unless specifically stated in your reservation.
The tenant must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age indicated for renting the accommodation, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Smoking (including shisha) is not allowed in the accommodation and on the premises.
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property or on the premises.
The tenant is liable for any damage to and in the accommodation and on the premises and agrees to charge the charge to the credit card/deposit on file in case of damage during the stay.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. After that (unless otherwise stated), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you will receive a refund of the amount you made, minus the reservation fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night.
We recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect against charges if you need to cancel your reservation for an insurance reason.
