We ask for a deposit of 300 Euro. This will settle your consumption of water and electricity. For stays longer than 14 days, the deposit is €500 and a weekly interim cleaning, including change of bed/bath/kitchen linen, at €50 is mandatory.

Water and electricity are expensive on Curaçao, so we ask you to handle them with care. If damage has occurred due to your actions, this will also be deducted from the deposit. The remaining amount will of course be refunded to you after your stay.

Would you like to be picked up/dropped off at and from the airport? We are happy to pick you up and/or bring you for a fee.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Water and electricity are expensive on Curacao. These will therefore be charged separately and these costs will be deducted from the deposit. This way you can decide for yourself how to deal with this.
