The property is located in a quiet resort. We kindly ask you to be considerate of your neighbors.
To ensure that your stay runs smoothly, we ask for a deposit of €300 per week. This deposit covers your consumption of water (€9.50 per m³) and electricity (€0.45 per kWh). After your check-out, the actual costs for consumption and the tourist tax will be settled, and you will receive the remaining amount back quickly via Micazu. If your usage exceeds the deposit, an additional payment request will be sent.
💡 Good to know: Water and electricity are quite expensive on Curaçao. Therefore, these costs are charged separately so that we can offer a fair price and guests can decide for themselves how they deal with consumption.
