The Pink Panther apartment is located in Barracuda Resort, a small-scale resort 2-3 minutes drive from Mambo Beach Boulevard. The apartment has been recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with Smart TV (no channels), fully equipped, renovated kitchen with dishwasher and a nice 'balcony'/veranda with lounge set. The trendy bathroom has also been completely renovated.

Are you coming on holiday as a group of friends or family? Then the beds of bedroom 2 can be pushed apart. On request, we can also place one high chair and one camping bed for the little ones.

The resort has a swimming pool with a few sunbeds which you share with fellow residents/tourists of the small-scale resort. Great to cool off after a day of touring the island!

We ask for a deposit of 300 Euro. This will be used to settle your consumption of water and electricity. For stays longer than 14 days, the deposit is €500 and a weekly interim cleaning, including change of bed/bath/kitchen linen, is mandatory at €50.
Water and electricity are precious on Curaçao, so we ask you to handle them with care. If damage has been caused by your actions, this will also be deducted from the deposit. The remaining amount will of course be refunded to you after your stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Water and electricity are precious on Curacao. These will therefore be charged separately, these costs will be deducted from the deposit. This way you can decide for yourself how to deal with this. The costs are +/- €0.40 per kwh and €8.50 per m3.
