This stylish 3-bedroom villa is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people who are looking for comfort, luxury and privacy.

The villa is located directly on the 18-hole golf course and offers unobstructed views over the greenery — a rare combination within the resort. Within a few minutes' walk you can walk to the beach of Blue Bay, where guests have free access and can use sunbeds.

The house has a spacious private swimming pool with sunny terrace, comfortable lounge sofa, dining table and a barbecue for long tropical evenings. The open-plan living area is fully air-conditioned and connects directly to the terrace for a true indoor-outdoor living experience.

All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, providing maximum privacy and comfort. In addition, there is a washing machine, ideal for longer stays.

For added convenience, enjoy an outdoor shower after a day at the beach or golf.

Water and electricity are precious in Curaçao and are therefore charged separately based on consumption.

We ask for a deposit of € 500. At check-in and check-out, the meter readings are taken. The consumption of water and electricity will be deducted from the deposit.

The remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded to Micazu at the end of the stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Water and electricity are precious on Curaçao. These will therefore be charged separately, these costs will be deducted from the deposit. This way you can decide for yourself how to deal with this.

Cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
